Tarpon Springs is located 50 miles south of Tampa, FL. The small Greek village is known for harvesting natural sponges from the ocean, Greek restaurants, and suburb bakeries. The town is very nice. One can easily spend a day walking through the city. Note the top picture, a salty old sailor is washing newly harvested sponges.
