Until the day these photos were taken the only big horn sheep that I'd seen where mature big horn sheep. On this day from September of last year on a small gravel road that runs along Rock Creek (located in western Montana) a small group of big horn sheep were on an afternoon stroll. The sheep were not the only wild beasts that I and my brother-in-law saw along Rock Creek over a four day period. The day before this we saw a mother moose with one calf and the day after this we saw a bear swim across Rock Creek.
Instead of going to a zoo...visit Montana
