Saguaro, pronounced "sah-wah-rah", cactus are native to the Sonoran Desert in Arizona and some parts of Mexico. The Saguaro blossom is the state flower of Arizona. This species of cactus can have a life-span of over 150 years. It takes up to 75 years to grow a side-arm.These photos were taken earlier this year by my boss.
